PUBLIC NOTICE OF OCTOBER 11, 2023 ORGANIZATIONAL, FISCAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NEW ALBANY COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an Organizational, Fiscal and Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The New Albany Community Authority will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, commencing at 4:00 p.m., at the New Albany Village Hall, 99 West Main Street, New Albany, Ohio 43054.

At this meeting the Board of Trustees will consider:

1. Election of Board Officers.

2. Motion authorizing the procurement of surety bond for the Trustees and liability insurance covering the Board members and the Authority.

3. Motion authorizing the Treasurer to enter into a contract with Buckeye Interactive for continuing maintenance of the Authority’s website. 

4. Resolution No. 2023-1: “Resolution Determining the Community Development Charge for 2022 (for Receipt for 2023) and Providing for its Expenditure.” 

5. Resolution No. 2023-2; “Approving and authorizing of disbursements from the Economic Development Fund to pay costs of economic development projects, approving a related Amendment to the Fourth Supplemental Trust Agreement relating thereto, and authorizing the Board to enter into certain agreements for and in support of economic development projects.” 

6. Any other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the public.
