Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The New Albany Community Authority will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, commencing at 8:00 a.m., at the Plain Township Fire Station, 9500 Johnstown Road, New Albany, Ohio 43054.

At this meeting the Board of Trustees will consider:

Resolution No. 2022-4: “Resolution Adjusting the Maximum Allowable Interest Rate for the Series D Refunding Bonds of  The New Albany Community Authority.”
Any other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the public.
