New Albany High/Middle School
The New Albany High/Middle School was completed in 1996 at a cost of $28 million. The School was originally built for the 6th through 12th grades.
Plain Local Fire Station
The Plain Township Fire Station on U.S. Route 62 was completed in 1999. The Authority provided $1.2 million in funding for purchase of a Ladder Truck and partial funding for Plain Local Fire Station.
Plain Local Fire Truck
A total of $1.2 million was provided to the fire department for the truck purchase and partial construction funds for Plain Local Fire Station.
Performing Arts Center
The Village of New Albany, Plain Local School District, Plain Township and the New Albany Community Foundation combined to provide funding for the construction of the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts.
Public Road, Sewer, and Water Infrastructure
The Authority, Village of New Albany, Franklin County and the Ohio Department of Transportation combined to provide funding of over $20 million for Public Roads, sewer and water projects throughout the New Albany Business Park and surrounding areas.
Fodor Road provides access from various parts of the community to the Learning Campus. Fodor Road was completed in 1996 at a cost of $2.7 million.
