Notice is hereby given that an Organizational and Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The New Albany Community Authority will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021, commencing at 4:00 p.m.
At this meeting the Board of Trustees will consider:
Election of Board Officers for 2021.
Resolution No. 2021-1 approving and authorizing $2,470,000 of disbursements from the Economic Development Fund to pay costs of economic development projects and approving a related Fourteenth Amendment to the Fourth Supplemental Trust Agreement relating thereto.
A Motion approving the Authority’s 2020 Financial Statements for submission to the State Auditor.
A Motion authorizing the procurement of surety bonds and liability insurance covering the Board members for 2021.
A Motion authorizing the Treasurer to enter into a contract with Inter-Connect Web Designs for maintenance of the Authority’s website.
Any other business as may properly come before the Board.
