PUBLIC NOTICE OF SEPTEMBER 8, 2021 FISCAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NEW ALBANY COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that a Fiscal and Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The New Albany Community Authority will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, commencing at 4:00 p.m., at the Plain Township Fire Station, 9500 Johnstown Road, New Albany, Ohio 43054. 

At this meeting the Board of Trustees will consider:

  1. Resolution No. 2021-2: “Resolution Determining the Community Development Charge for 2021 (For Receipt for 2022) and Providing for its Expenditure.”
  2. Any other business as may properly come before the Board.
