Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The New Albany Community Authority will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022, commencing at 4:00 p.m., at the Plain Township Fire Station, 9500 Johnstown Road, New Albany, Ohio 43054.
At this meeting the Board of Trustees will consider:
- A motion to approve the Financial Statements for 2021 for the submission to the State Auditor.
- Approval of the minutes from the Board’s January 27, 2022 meeting.
- Any other business as may properly come before the Board..
This meeting is open to the public.
