Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The New Albany Community Authority will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020, commencing at 4:30 p.m.

At this meeting the Board of Trustees will consider:

1. Resolution No. 2020-1 approving and authorizing $2,570,000 of disbursements from the Economic Development Fund to pay costs of economic development projects and approving a related Thirteenth Amendment to the Fourth Supplemental Trust Agreement relating thereto.

2. Such other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting will be conducted by “Webex” video conference and teleconference. This meeting is open to the public.
